Payment for services is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment as posted at our facility or communicated to you.

Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Cash-Pay Practice: Vitrona Clinic is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance for services. Insurance information is collected only when required for medication prior authorization; all service fees remain patient-paid.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Refunds: Due to the nature of medical services, most services are non-refundable once rendered. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
